Fuyuko has a reputation as the quirkiest of the Sailor Quartet, almost as if she's making up for the childhood she never had. A collector of ball-jointed dolls, an avid cartoon fan and a conniseur of junk food of all stripes, Fuyuko's not afraid to express her inner child.
Fuyuko's goofy exterior, however, hides a keen mind. She's become adept at obfuscating her intelligence under her spastic exterior, and when she makes the occasional sharp observation or ingenious plan, most gloss it over as a fluke.
Fuyuko meets Kazeko when she's right in the middle of her crisis of faith, and Fuyuko's carefree, laid-back attitude and sage advice becomes a comfort to Kazeko when there's little else that seems to console her...
