Independent and occasionally rough-spoken, Natsuko believes in standing up for what's right and sticking to her principles. Although her tough-girl attitude might make her seem threatening or unapproachable, Natsuko is generally laid back and easy to get along with--though she tends to be frank in her opinions, be they welcome or not.
The Quartet is a tightly-knit group of sisters, and they generally act as one under Ceres' orders. Thoroughout the beginning of the Moon Senshi conflict, Juno follows her sister's lead as much as the others. But when Nemesis appears and the conflict between the senshi is pushed aside for a greater foe, Natsuko begins to feel that her life is empty outside of her role as Lady Serenity's guardian--especially after she sees Usako trying to find her own identity. Natsuko decides to take up track in an attempt to find a calling of her own--and her search for her own identity rewards her with a unique attack. But it's when she begins to forge an odd friendship with Fubuki that Natsuko really begins to forge her own identity--and help Fubuki find hers...
